Mike Oldham, CEO

Mike Oldham

Mike Oldham has had a distinguished career in global leadership roles in a number of technology companies. This experience encompasses domestic and international control of finance, operations, client management and sales and marketing, with more then half of his career focused on the broadcast and cable television technology solutions industry.

Prior to his current role as CEO and Board of Directors Member at OmniBus Systems, he spent 10 years with Encoda Systems Inc. (now part of Harris Broadcast), serving as COO and managing the company's product line expansion and rapid worldwide growth. Earlier, he was COO of SafeRent Inc. (now part of First Advantage Corporation), the leading provider of online credit and risk management services to the apartment industry, and served as COO of MatchLogic, a data-driven online marketing company and division of Excite@Home. Early career experience includes sales and marketing roles at Citicorp, Unisys, and UMB.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science in finance with honors from Missouri State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado and has attended Executive Education Programs at Columbia University Graduate School of Business and University of Colorado Graduate School of Business. Ian Fletcher, CTO
Ian Fletcher Ian began his broadcast career as a sound engineer in BBC national and local radio. After founding his own sound recording company, he moved into the field of video production where he produced, directed and edited programs for corporate and broadcast clients. His work on the development of software solutions for the broadcast industry began with a focus on graphics products, moving onto network control and management, with the eventual formation of OmniBus Systems in 1992. As CTO of OmniBus, Ian has overseen the development of a number of generations of automation technology, including the company’s ground-breaking modular G3 software architecture and its flagship product, iTX. Ian also works with major customer accounts in a sales capacity and regularly delivers speeches and written articles on key industry topics. John Corker, CFO
John Corker John is responsible for finance and human resources at OmniBus Systems. After qualifying as a chartered accountant at KPMG, John joined Software AG (UK) Limited in 1994 as financial controller. During an 11-year career with Software AG, John served in a number of leadership roles including regional finance director of the company’s largest geographical region with a turnover of $200 million. John Cunningham, Executive VP Development & Services
John Cunningham John is responsible for development, support and delivery functions within OmniBus Systems. Prior to joining the company, he was director of the U.K. and Ireland Development Centre for Computer Associates' Research and Development Division with responsibility for worldwide engineering and project management teams. While at Computer Associates, he led a restructuring of development teams across the United States, Europe and India and introduced a new project management monitoring and control system that improved overall focus and efficiency. Tim Mendoza, EVP & Business Unit Manager — Americas
Tim Mendoza Tim joined OmniBus as Vice President of Corporate Strategy. From November 2006 he served as Vice President and Business Unit Manager of the iTX Group. Prior to joining OmniBus, Tim worked as a management consultant from 1993 to 2003 at KPMG and Deloitte. Greg Hoskin, EVP Sales & Marketing, EMEA & APAC
Greg Hoskin Greg has over 30 years' international experience in marketing, business development and project & financial management in the broadcast and media industries. In his original role with OmniBus as Sales and Marketing manager, between 1998 – 2004, he was responsible for the sales of the company's multichannel transmission and news solutions in EMEA and APAC. After successful spells in strategic roles at Omneon Inc., as VP of Sales & Operations, EMEA, and Megahertz Broadcast Systems, as Managing Director, Greg returned to OmniBus in 2010 as EVP Sales & Marketing, EMEA & APAC.
