New appointment will support dramatic growth of OmniBus sales and installations

DENVER — Feb. 23, 2006 — OmniBus Systems, the award-winning provider of comprehensive automation and content management solutions to the broadcast industry, today announced the appointment of Richard Tyrrell-Ead as vice president of customer services. Within this role, Tyrrell-Ead will be responsible for overseeing the company’s service and support capabilities as it continues to increase its client base in the United States and around the world.

“Given the remarkable growth OmniBus has witnessed over the past year, we’re very pleased to welcome on board a broadcast professional with high-level experience in international sales of automation solutions,” said Mike Oldham, president of OmniBus. “Richard’s knowledge of the industry and his proven ability to build and nurture client relationships will be of tremendous value to our operations.”

Tyrrell-Ead joins OmniBus following eight years with Harris (formerly Encoda Systems), where he managed field support, was director of the company’s automation division, and served as the company’s vice president of operations and engineering. His experience in the broadcast sector also includes management and engineering roles with South African broadcasters Electronic Media Network (M*N*E*T) and South Africa Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).

Tyrrell-Ead will be based out of OmniBus Systems’ Colorado offices and will report directly to John Cunningham, OmniBus’ executive vice president of development, in the U.K.
