Training

OmniBus Training Services offer a range of training modules and courses designed to meet specific customer needs. Their goal is to ensure that each site has a fully trained operational and technical team capable of getting the best performance from the OmniBus products that make up the system.

The services offered by the training services team include:

Skills Analysis
The Skills Analysis program is intended to ensure that all operational staff are up-to-speed with operational procedures; these might be recently-employed staff, existing users needing a refresher course, or a complete operational team that requires training on a new installation. Operators from different levels and areas are evaluated at work with the OmniBus system and recommendations for individual and group training are provided.

Training Modules
OmniBus offers a range of training modules from the OmniBus Foundation Course through to modules designed for specific roles and tasks such as Super User or Engineering training. As people with different roles use OmniBus solutions in different ways, training is specifically targeted at the range of skills required. OmniBus training provides each user with an overall understanding of the system as a whole, as well as the detailed knowledge relevant to their function.

Bespoke System Training
To complement the standard training modules, the OmniBus Training team can also provide bespoke training for unique solutions being delivered to site. This customized training service addresses the specific broadcast tools, Desktop layouts and workflows that have been configured to meet a site’s individual operational needs.
